Shipping

Delivery estimates seen at checkout apply once the order has been shipped.

Orders are generally sent out during the first and third weeks of the month (but may be irregular). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to monitor the status of the package. There may be delays due to the current circumstances.

Packages to countries outside of Canada and the USA may be subject to additional customs, duties, and taxes when they arrive.


Returns and Refunds

Contact us if you have any concerns about your received merchandise, and we will determine how to address them on a case-by-case basis. If the package is lost or you receive any merchandise damaged from the shipping process, contact us about your situation with, if applicable, proof of non-receipt or photos of the damage.
